Steve Pfeifer
President & CEO
Steve took the reins as CEO of Shuttlelift after buying the company in 2003. Since that time, Steve has assembled a powerful management
team and energized the entire organization to become the leader in every market we serve. Steve brings with him over 30 years of experience
as an entrepreneur, engineer, and fabrication/machining expert. Under his leadership, Shuttlelift has invested heavily in product
line evolutions, engineering infrastructure, and customer service.
Jerry Wierzba
VP of Engineering
Jerry came to Shuttlelift from Oshkosh Trucks in 1997 and has managed our engineering group since 2002. He holds a degree in mechanical
engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is an expert in the field of hydraulics. Under Jerry’s leadership, Shuttlelift
engineers have developed countless innovations including four-wheel steering, spreader beams, and panel turners. These innovations
have driven the evolution of our Gantry and Carrydeck product lines and allow us to deliver the best machines on the market today.
This powerful mix of engineering creativity and business practicality allow us to solve our customers' most challenging problems.
Fred Jehle
Vice President of Materials
Fred came to Shuttlelift in 2003 from Manitowoc Crane, where he worked for over 20 years in various positions throughout their materials group. His experience and leadership has enabled Shuttlelift to put a disciplined set of processes in place to ensure our cranes are made from the highest quality materials, at the lowest cost, and in the shortest lead times possible.
Bob Roesler
Vice President of Operations
Bob recently joined the Shuttlelift organization after 15 years running operations for ExacTech, a highly specialized machining/fabrication
shop that manufactures ultra-large components for capital equipment. ExacTech is now a part of the Shuttlelift family of companies
that supplies structural components for Shuttlelift products. Bob brings with him over 30 years of operations experience and a deep
understanding of lean manufacturing, high-tech machining, welding, and assembly.
Peter Kerwin
Chief Financial Officer
Peter recently joined Shuttlelift after many years of service within the Manitowoc
Crane organization. He has brought to the organization a deep understanding
of the financial needs of a world-class manufacturing organization.
