Rob oversees all Customer Care activities and leads our team with over 20 years in the business. His experience and in-depth knowledge, along with an extensive Engineering background, help to create and maintain top notch customer care.
Randy GlesnerParts Sales Manager
Randy leads our Parts Department
and draws on over 15 years of experience in aftermarket parts with the company. His supplier management and inventory control experience helps to make sure our customers get the parts they need

Bob brings a technical expertise that allows him to effectively troubleshoot any issues in the field and maximize customer uptime. His previous work
as a Parts & Service Technician laid the foundation for his extensive knowledge in both aftermarket parts and support.
Eric MintenLead Inside Parts Sales
Eric started his employment with the company as a Buyer in Purchasing before joining our Customer Care team in the Parts Department. His excellent communication skills, along with his expanded parts knowledge, builds strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike.
Josh StruckParts Inside Sales Specialist
Josh currently assists with both aftermarket parts and technical support. His previous work experience has given him great organizational and analytical skills which help in strengthening customer relationships.

Dan has worked in the service industry for over 15 years in different service support roles. He’s no stranger to providing excellent technical support and works closely with our distributors scheduling inspection runs to aid in the high quality support our customers demand.

Josh brings a wide range of skills to his position in aftermarket parts and technical support. His B.A. in Business Management and extensive background in customer service help bring fresh ideas on how to best serve our customers.
