Closed Loop-hydrostatic Drive System

With a closed loop system you never have to worry about sacrificing drive power to other machine functions and the hydrostatic system allows the operator unparalleled smooth fully proportional control.

Wireless Remote Control Comes Standard

Shuttlelift’s Wireless Remote Control gives the operator maximum visibility by allowing the operator to be anywhere around the load, improving operational safety and reducing personnel needed for lifting operations.

Remote Diagnostics

Intelligent remote diagnostics wirelessly transmits machine information to a smartphone or tablet, allowing offsite technicians to troubleshoot and upload new programs in the same session.

Steering Slew Bearing

The steering pivot utilizes a robust slew bearing which simplifies maintenance, reduces service costs, and increases machine life.

Emergency E-Stop Switch

Emergency shutdown controls are located at each corner of the crane to allow ground personnel to stop the crane if unsafe conditions occur.

Travel Alarms and Strobe Lights

Everyone in the work area will know the Shuttlelift is engaged and moving with the flashing strobe lights and smart travel alarms that can adjust decibel levels depending on the surrounding noise..

Low Mounted Hoists

Hoists mounted to the lower side beam improve visibility of the wire rope reeving and allow maintenance without requiring a man lift.

Cordura Hose Cover

All hoses are protected by a cordura covering to prevent exposure to harsh environments and extend hose life.

Hydraulic Oil Cooler

The Hydraulic Oil Cooler maintains the hydraulic oil temperature allowing the crane to work more efficiently at high duty cycles and in harsh work environments, maximizing component life.

O-ring Face Seal Hydraulic Fittings

Most technologically advanced system available for mobile equipment in minimizing potential leaks at the connections.

Enclosed Cab with Defroster & Wipers

The spacious enclosed cab provides comfort/protection for the operator in inclement environments and comes equipped with a defroster fan and windshield wiper. The seat also has the ability to index 180 degrees to allow the operator maximum visibility.

Custom Height, Width

All-Wheel Electronic Steering

Shuttlelift’s patented All-Wheel Electronic Steering provides maximum flexibility, maneuverability and precision handling while operating in confined spaces. Available steering modes include 2WS 90° Front, 2WS 90° Rear, Crab, Transverse, Carousel and Coordinate.

Increased Gradeability

Shuttlelift provides Increased Gradeability through additional wheel motors that allow its gantry cranes to travel over inclined or uneven surfaces.

Dual Traversing Trolleys

The Shuttlelift Dual trolley option provides two pick points per trolley beam (four hooks total). Spacing can be fixed or have powered variable spacing to accommodate specific product pick points.

Auxiliary Powered Hoist

Auxiliary winch system that can act independently of the main hoists and is perfect for flipping panels and other products. The independently powered auxiliary winch is a patented system and offers unmatched control and safety.

Linkageless Steer

This reliable, tested and proven system is based on Shuttlelift’s patented electronic all-wheel steering technology. Two wheel linkage less steer removes the steering linkage resulting in less maintenance, wear parts, grease points and requires minimal effort to set and keep wheel alignment.

Cold Start Package

Used on machines that will operate and be started in cold temperatures. The package includes an engine block heater, hydraulic oil heater and a battery trickle charger that connects to 110 volt.

24-Volt Work and Drive Lights

Shuttlelift offers a 24-Volt Work and Drive lights option (8 lights) to illuminate work and travel areas in low light conditions to keep operations running through the night.

Cab Air Conditioning and Heat

Whether you have hot summers or cold winters, Shuttlelift offers climate control for your enclosed cab.

<h3″>Raised CabShuttlelift offers a Raised Cab option to give the operator a higher vantage point when lifting product onto, or from, taller stacks. It is also very advantageous when loading gondolas.

Automatic Variable Throttle

With Shuttlelift’s Automatic Variable Throttle (AVT), built-in engine programming automatically adjusts engine speed to draw only the power it needs to complete the task at hand, significantly reducing fuel consumption and increasing component life.

Hydraulic Shut-Down

The Shuttlelift hydraulic Shut-down option protects the crane in the event of low hydraulic oil level or high hydraulic oil temperature, by shutting the crane down to prevent damage to hydraulic components.

Sound Suppression Kit

Consists of sound absorption panels mounted inside of the engine compartment to reduce ambient noise around the crane.

Fenders

Shuttlelift provides optional fenders for the wheels to keep mud and dirt off of the crane’s structure and product in muddy yard conditions.

Electronic Load Readout

Provides real-time load weight information for improved lifting accuracy and operational safety.
