Shuttlelift Remains Open for Business

Wednesday, March 25, 2020

Together we are all navigating an unprecedented global situation with COVID-19. In this environment of constant change, we are still here for you. Marine Travelift, Marine Travelift Mid-Atlantic, Shuttlelift, and ExacTech continue to be open for business and service. We want to make you aware that we are considered critical business according to the United States Department of Homeland Security under CISA Critical Manufacturing Sectors, as well as under state and local government orders. As a company, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers.

In addition, at this time we are still able to source necessary parts in our supply chain and we are doing everything we can to hold to our shipping schedule.
As your trusted partner, we want you to know:

  • We remain open for business. However, we are not allowing any onsite visitors at this time.
  • Our supply partners continue to meet our demand for parts, and we continue to discuss needs and logistics with our suppliers daily.
  • If we can’t meet a specific shipping commitment, we will keep you informed.
  • Our global service network is available to assist with local support needs.

As I mentioned earlier, we are all navigating this together and our team will be here for you when this all passes. We will continue to provide updates as needed. If there are any questions you have please do not hesitate to reach out.

Your partner in business,

Erich Pfeifer
